Convenient enough location for our stay in Chicago. I would raise attention to the staff at the front desk. The greeting was not friendly, no smiles observed in my arrival as a guest. A matter was resolved with our double reservation by Expedia and was appreciated. However upon checking out the same experience in approaching the desk was consistent. While asking for our final bill, it was billed to the card on the account without considering my wishes first. I wanted to pay in cash but the card was billed with no consideration of that request. “No greeting, no Happy Mother’s Day!’, no, “How was your stay???” No appreciation for considering your property. It was cold and unfriendly.I would not for those reasons consider your location again. There was also the sent of marijuana in the bathroom that evening upon our return. Unsure how you monitor that but there needs to be some consideration to the guests who don’t indulge. Customer service rating is a 2 at best.
