The room was decent for the price. Check-in took a while, about 10-15 minutes, with the lobby's small air conditioning. The room was fine, except the sheets had a lot of large stains that seemed difficult to remove, but they did appear to have been washed.

Close to UI Campus, clean and nice rooms, affordable prices.

Good place for a budget stay. Comfortable for a quick night stay. The towels look old. It would be good if they could be properly changed or cleaned.
