Very nice, but booking two rooms meant they were quite far back from the house; hopefully next time they'll be closer.

When I checked in, I found out that the room price I booked did not include the swimming pool ticket, the ticket price for 2 people was 130k :( The room was not very clean, there was still hair on the floor. I arrived at 1pm to check in but no one called, the receptionist in the lobby gave me a contact number. The staff who guided us to the room was not very professional, they should have proactively guided guests when entering the room, but instead, they answered every question I asked. On the contrary, they called him/her (maybe the manager or something) to support us quite quickly and enthusiastically. I stayed here last year, because it was fully equipped and comfortable, so I came back this time. I hope you guys can improve the service.

The air conditioner had a problem and was very hot. I called the housekeeper but he still wouldn't let a technician come up to fix it and check the situation after 4 calls. He only asked someone to come up and adjust the air conditioning (still no improvement). The owner insisted that the room was very cold but the guest was sweating continuously.

The hotel is too crowded, there is no parking, the food is poor, the rooms are quite dirty and smelly, too noisy for a night stay here.

The place is located on a hill, it is very inconvenient to go up by car, there is no parking space, you have to park your car quite far away and then walk up and down, which is annoying. From the hill to the sea, it takes 6 months to go to the beach to bathe. Then cross the street and take another flight of stairs to get down to the sea. If you forget something, you should take a break and get it for your health 🤣 The room is normal, with a view of the surrounding buildings. If you go with an older person, it's even more miserable. If you're healthy, it's even less difficult. Only once 😂

Cannot call the phone number to get a room. Even when I booked another room, there was no refund. Blaming it on the weak signal, I couldn't call customers even though I called dozens of times but didn't answer the phone.

The hotel swimming pool is fancy, close to the sea so it's convenient to swim, the sea is clean. My kids love it. However, the room I rented was an apartment so it lacked equipment, like an iron and a bag but there weren't any.

khi mình book phòng trên app hoàn tất và thanh toán luôn rồi, thì chị booking cũng kh liên lạc với mình để hẹn ở sảnh nào để check in, đến ngày mình đến thì mình phải gọi cho chị ấy để hỏi, gọi chị ấy phải 3 lần chị mới ra để checkin, lúc mình nhận phòng là tầm 3g thì chị ấy nói là resort đang cúp điện, tầm 1 tiếng nữa mới có điện, mà đến tận 9g tối resort mới có điện lại, mang tiếng là resort book phòng đơn gần 2 triệu/đêm, thời tiết mùa này là 35 độ, giữa trưa nóng không thể tả nổi mà resort không thể khắc phục được sự cố, gọi cho người booking thì tl thờ ơ. mình mới nói chị là chị có hỗ trợ gì cho em kh, chị bảo là đây là tình hình chung mà chị đâu biết làm sao đâu, thật sự book lần 1 kh dám book chị lần 2

Thang máy không có điều hoà, nên rất nóng gây khó chịu. Cần cải thiện món ăn tại nhà hàng.
