The villa concept is good, cleanliness is standard, there are quite a lot of flies, we ran out of water in the morning.

The cleanliness of the bathroom & kitchen equipment is lacking, there is still dirt & hair marks in the corner of the bathroom. Former guests, and still not swept away. The waste basket in the kitchen is also dirty, the dishes are dirty, the cooking utensils are not clean, so they have to be washed again. Apart from that, it's perfect.

The villa is nice but there are lots of flies and no action has been taken by the staff to deal with them. There was an incident with a towel problem which was caused by the staff's negligence, but we were accused of bringing towels even though other staff had already brought them and coordination between the villa guards should be improved so as not to harm the guests staying. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
