I had asked if there was a small refrigerator in the room I had booked, so we could store a birthday cake in the room, and they said it was. When I checked in again, I asked if the refrigerator was ready, and they said it was. After checking in, it turned out the refrigerator wasn't working. I immediately told them, and then I was asked to wait because a technician would come. 30 minutes later, no one came. I went back to the receptionist to ask for a solution, and then I was asked to wait again. After 30 minutes, there was still no solution, so I went to my room to wait for further information. By the evening, there was still no solution and no technician had arrived. Then I asked the receptionist again, and after about an hour, a technician arrived and said they would find a replacement for the malfunctioning refrigerator. But until we checked out, there was still no solution provided. In addition, the room 515 we stayed in had a less than ideal air conditioner and was noisy. There were still cigarette butts on the floor when we entered, even though we had booked a non-smoking room. Hopefully, management will pay attention, because it's a shame, the hotel still has a lot of potential.
