The place is new and fully equipped.

The room is comfortable. The service is very good. The staff is not fussy. Asking for an extension of the check-out time is not difficult.

The staffs are very helpful and the accommodation is very clean.

There is too little tissue paper for cleaning. There is only one spot in the toilet. There should be another spot at the coffee table or near the sink.

The hotel allows check-in at 15.00, but when I arrived at around 16.00, the check-in staff informed me that only 4 rooms out of 6 booked were ready. I waited for another hour to get all the rooms. While waiting, there was no welcome drink service. They did not inform me where the welcome drink was. The room was nice, but the bathtub faucet was leaking. I had to report it for repair. Fortunately, the housekeeper and technician arrived quickly and provided good service. The hotel is near the mall. It is convenient to travel.

Check-in time is 3 pm but check-out time is noon. Other places check-in time is 2 pm, which is already bad, but here check-in time is 3 pm, which is even worse. Too much.

Went on a holiday. There were a lot of people. 98% had to wait to eat breakfast. But the breakfast is very good. Compared to the room price, good value, good value, good service according to Centara style, but the room doesn't keep much sound.
