The room had a truly beautiful view. It was also very clean. The hotel grounds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room. Although it was cool, I found it stuffy, even though there was a window. Because the window was still enclosed by the hotel corridor, I couldn't get direct access to the cool air.

2 hours of staying at the Horison Hotel while on holiday in Dieng. The location is strategic right on the roadside, the staff is friendly, the breakfast menu has quite a lot of choices. The only drawback is the hotel room, yesterday I got room 123. The bathroom door couldn't be closed properly, let alone locked from inside the toilet. The shower didn't have hot water, only water that wasn't very warm, imagine what a morning shower without hot water would be like in cold weather. Also, the toilet flush had very little water coming out so it took some effort to flush. Hopefully, it can be improved in the future. Honestly, this is the first time I've found accommodation with less facilities.

The restaurant is delicious and not too expensive. Breakfast is served in front of the restaurant, and the garden outside is even better for a children's playground. The rooms are clean, and the hot water is excellent even in the cold Dieng weather.

Choosing to stay here on vacation is a no-brainer. The location is strategic, close to the Dieng Plateau tourist area. The weather isn't as cold as at point 0 and above. The rooms are very comfortable, the parking is spacious, and the staff and security are friendly. It's simply top-notch.

An honest review. I stayed for two nights at Horison Dieng. 1. The room was quite comfortable, very cool even without air conditioning because the area is indeed cold. The view from the balcony was excellent, but please provide a bench on the balcony, a cheap one that's weatherproof, to make it even better. 2. The facilities are excellent; there are two elevators, both of which function. A gym would be a great place to exercise. 3. The rooftop cafe has delicious food, affordable prices for this class of hotel, and the breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety, and a great view. Just a suggestion: when there are staff at breakfast who wear neat suits, whether they're hotel sales or PR, especially the women, please pay attention to your surroundings when they're on video calls or taking photos. They don't even realize they're disturbing guests who are having breakfast by standing in front of the restroom while on video calls. It seems like it wasn't just me; other guests were annoyed too. 4. Just a suggestion: If anyone rents a jeep, please avoid going downstairs. It's so noisy at night with all the revving up and disrupting your rest. Sorry for the long list, just input to help us achieve success. While occupancy rates are certainly always full, as this is a tourist area, it's also important to evaluate this. I'm also a service professional, so it's still relevant.

The staff is friendly, the accommodation is okay.

The room was quite large, and we got a promotion for a balcony. The bathroom was large, but the toilet smelled a bit. There was hot water. The room didn't have air conditioning, but it was still cool. The window had a mountain view.

The hotel is so cool, especially at night. And from the restaurant where we had breakfast, the view of the mountains was so amazing, oh my God.
