Mosaic @southkey 's owner asking for $ 100 nett deposit to transfer to her account and refunded after check out and only $ 97 deposit refunded to us. Owner reason is bank charges. When we paid deposit we absorbed bank charges but why refund we need to absord bank charges too? We have cash to put as deposit but theres no counter or owner not there to take the cash. It was not stated we have to put $ 100 deposit & $ 30 cleaning fees separately upon booking.
