The receptionist, admin, and housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. The rooms were spacious, clean, with cool air conditioning, a balcony, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and free parking. We'll be back next time. You can swim, too.

Dirty sheets, dirty toilet, dirty pillows, really dirty walls, smelly towels. It's not worth it.

So far everything is safe and clean, it's just the TV that's hard to change channels

The location is quite close to everywhere...only the lift facility is only 1 to go up and down so it takes a long time to wait. The room is quite spacious, the family room, but the sheets are dull and have lots of stains, lots of small insects. There is also moldy wall paint. Many of the chairs have loose nuts and bolts. Hopefully in the future they can be given more attention for comfort and cleanliness

Comfortable apartment concept accommodation, when we arrived at the lobby we were a bit confused because the receptionist was in another position, thank you to the security guard who helped us.

I've stayed here 3 times and it's really good, but coincidentally yesterday the last time the service was a bit unpleasant because they were rude. Don't forget to smile, bro, especially if someone complains and asks for help, hehehe, but overall it's okay.

Nice room, soft bed, enough study table, good lighting, use smart TV and can open youtube and Netflix. Heavy shower, can change mode (heavy shower and spray). There are amenities and soap-shampoo. Lots of drawers for storage! There is a water heater and tea + sugar. However, some downsides are: - there is still a cigarette smell in the non-smoking room. - there are still stains on the bedsheet - the signal is not strong enough. (where in my opinion, the top two points are also the customer's responsibility) overall, this is a worth it experience, especially for those in transit

Smartfren had no signal, the wifi was really bad, it was really sad that it was hard to connect to the internet, the socket next to the bed was broken so I used the one on the table, there was a leak in the bathroom from above but it didn't bother me, the swimming pool couldn't be used that day, it was sad, the room and cleanliness were worth it for that price, if the wifi was smooth I would definitely come back.

Bagus semuanya, tetapi masih ada yang kurang menurut saya, hanya 1 (satu) handuk lantai biar enggak licin lantainya.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the cleanliness is okay, the view is also okay from the room, but for the balcony it turns out the space is small, you can't sit and the floor is also dirty, amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush and soap are already available, the condition of the hotel room is also okay for this price but for the TV you get one that is not a smart TV, the location is strategic but at night it's a bit scary the location is below when entering to park and exiting the parking lot.

Tempat sangat bagus, bersih, dan nyaman sekali menginap di hotel ini. Pokoknya dijamin puas.
