The location near Da Lat market is quite convenient for traveling, the room is clean and comfortable. The downside is that the room has no window and the soundproofing is poor. In short, it is a good hotel if you ignore the soundproofing issue.

Friendly staff, clean room, new furniture, near center

I booked 2 rooms and when I checked in, I was informed that I would check in early and check out late in 1 room. And the remaining room will receive and return on time. But then when I asked to confirm again, I was told that I could not keep the first room but only the back room. The back room is small and does not have tables and chairs like the first room.

The hotel is within walking distance of Da Lat night market. To me, its location is beyond perfect because you won't be bothered by the hustling of the market area but still can walk to it anytime if you need to purchase anything. Hotel facility is new, staff are all friendly, warm, polite, and helpful. Good points: location, hotel crew, facility's quality, hot water, view from balcony. Need to improve: Wi-Fi easily gets unstable. Secondly, the hotel should offer more than 1 room card for more convenience as you have to take the card along with you even just for the elevator. If you travel with another person, when one of you needs to go out, they cannot go back in their room. Highly recommend this place!
