Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I am actually a returning guest, and whenever I visit Kuching, this hotel is usually one of my top choices. One of the things I appreciate most is the hotel’s location. It is very convenient, and most places are easily accessible from here, which makes every stay comfortable and hassle-free. As someone who has stayed here several times, I would like to share a few suggestions that may help further improve the guest experience: 1. **Drinking water at the waiting area** It would be helpful if a water dispenser could be provided at the check-in waiting area, so guests can have access to drinking water while waiting. This small addition would make the arrival experience more welcoming. 2. **Mirror in the room** The bathroom mirror is appreciated, but having an additional mirror in the room would be very convenient, especially for makeup or general grooming. I am not sure if higher room categories already include this, but it would be great if even the basic rooms could have this feature for added comfort. 3. **Supply arrangement when housekeeping is not requested** I would like to suggest that when guests choose not to have their room cleaned for the day, the hotel could still prepare essential supplies (such as drinking water and toilet paper) in a paper bag and hang it outside the room door. From my past experiences, the front desk staff have always been very helpful and responsive when items are requested, which I truly appreciate. However, guests still need to wait before receiving the items. Preparing them in advance and placing them outside the door could greatly enhance convenience and overall experience.
