Honestly, I was a bit disappointed staying at Noola. I paid around 500,000 Rupiah, but it didn't match the price on the app. The water wasn't hot, and the room didn't have a balcony, making it less than comfortable. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

A suitable place to rest, close to the city center but a comfortable and quiet environment

This is our third stay at the Noola Inn Hotel. From the front desk to the housekeeping and security, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The only thing the hotel needs is some improvements: the bathroom water flow is sometimes slow, and the wooden bathroom sink is brittle. The door frames in the rooms are full of termite infestation, so those are the only things that need to be addressed to ensure the Noola Inn continues to attract more visitors.

It was a really nice stay, the only downsides were the noisy and leaking AC in the room, and the difficult-to-adjust shower water heater (it was really hot, and if you move it a little, it'll be cold again). But the cleanliness, the vibe, and the location were all top-notch.

The room is big, there is a mini fridge. The service is friendly. It's just a bit dirty, the floor is full of ants and the bedsheets have small animals and dust plus stains. The TV is very small so you can't watch subtitles. The mattress is a bit bad so it makes your body hurt when you wake up. The shower water also suddenly changes to hot and cold. Maybe the other rooms aren't like this. I came at night.

My one-night stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The service was friendly; every time we entered or exited the hotel, the staff always greeted us. The room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. Perhaps the only downside was the lack of an electric kettle, tea, coffee, or sugar. Only two bottles of mineral water were provided. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

the front office staff is friendly and helpful,he provides info for us to go around Bogor city.the room was ok only thing toilet floor is slippery.the room I stayed has a window but facing the lobby.i don't think this hotel got nice view from the room.i will not stay here anymore if I come again to Bogor.

The food is really delicious, unfortunately it doesn't open early, so you can't order food in the morning. But overall it's good, honestly, it feels like going home to your grandmother's house in Bandung because there's gamelan music.

Convenient location, restaurant next to the hotel. Good cleanliness. However, I was disturbed by the sound of dangdut music from 8 PM to 11 PM, even past 11 PM, from in front of my room, near the lobby. I don't understand why this hotel is turning into a nightclub.

It only turns on but doesn't get cold. - For 300,000 Rupiah, it would be acceptable to have coffee, sugar, and tea in the room, as well as a water heater or electric kettle. This one doesn't have any.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is close to the shopping center.
