Frienly staff, good brakfast, great location.

We splurged for this hotel because of it's interiors and really nice overall style and vibe. We were pretty disappointed at the end because the tablet in the room didn't end up working and that's how you communicate with the concierge. There is no phone in the room and the phone number on Maps does not lead to the front desk. The TVs also were not smart TVs. Once we finally found the number, the person who came to help spoke almost no english. I asked for different pillows and another duvet and he asked me to come to the supply closet with him in order to get it myself. It was quite a disappointment to us overall

Had a great ovwrnight stay in the suite with a beautiful view. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Food was good. bedroom was great, spacious and comfortable.

Overpriced, mediocre at best. Hotel needs a major remodel. Restaurant and staff at the restaurant are nice. However, I was seated at the table one night, waited for 20 minutes, manager and staff walked by me 30 times without even acknowledging. Went elsewhere. This is a 3 star place on its best day.

Fantastic from reception to location to views to room condition to restaurants all was excellent! Thanks to Grand Koper for making our short stay so restful and positive.

Great location along the sea, close to everything in town. Staff are wonderful. AC was super, it was very hot so this was welcome. Just a very nice hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.

Fantastic stay! The building was renovated few years ago and modernized with a lot of electronics. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Very nice bathroom. All hotel interior is consistent with sea-related decorations and zodiac theme incorporated in overall design. Even the napkins are personalized. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel!

We were greeted by the wonderful Koper staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay in a hotel that is located right in the heart of Koper.

The hotel is convenient to Old Town Kotor and the marina. Our room overlooked the marina. It was large and airy. The front desk staff also recommended a very good restaurant for dinner. The staff parks your car should you request parking, for an additional charge. Kotor and the surrounding areas are worth visiting.

A chic hotel by the sea, splendid breakfast, tasteful decoration with a boutique vibe, excellent service.

Only negative was breakfast was a little underwhelming and coffee machine not very good. View was spectacular and staff was friendly and accommodating.

From the check-in to check-out, every single experience was amazing. All the staff was super kind, they made us feel so welcom and happy. They helped us to early check in and show the room as well. The room was so modern, clean and cozy. The view was awsome and its location doesn’t have to mention. It’s just in front of the sea. I’m sure you will be extremly satisfied with this hotel. I’ll definetly come back here!:)
