Gym machines were all useless. Clean service at room was perfect but i saw manager fired one cleaning staff without real reason and unfairly. That gave me a very bad impression of the hoteñ smanagement

The booking was ok from Expedia , no problem there , however upon my check in . The manager said I have to pay cash for the stay , informing me that their credit card device was not working . I tried reverting to the online booking but it wasn’t allowing me . He even gave me his personal account in United States to transfer .then I had to give him a deposit of 100.00 per room when Expedia information said 32.00 Eventually since it was 5am I had to choice but to pay cash and be inconvenienced . Facts from my last stay 1. No security 2. No cook hence no lunch and dinner options 3. One key per room for which permission has to be given from Manager for additional key 4. Breakfast is served individually on plates when there are few guests versus a buffet 5. Place is kept clean by cleaning staff. 6. Limited TV channels.

Had a terrible check out expirience...it started when they made us pay double the deposit. Upon checkout, they told ua the remote was missing (wenever had one) and that it would be 40$. Then the desk called manager and told ilus it would be the full depoait (100$). I offered for them to check our bags they said if we couldnt find remote we had to pay. I asked to speak to manager at least 5 times the worker refused. Then she said if i would put in my bank information into HER phone , if they found the remote, they would reimburse us. Of course i did not put my personal information into someones phone. Literally the worst customer service ive had at a hotel. Please read the bad reviews and believe them.

In a quiet street yet walking distance from bars, restaurants and tourist attractions, I had a great stay at this boutique hotel. Big swimming pool and comfortable big room with high ceilings, and good amenities. The breakfast offers a delightful selection of locally sourced produce. @ballestrinaroundtheworld

the cleaning was excellent and the girls at the reception were very nice, the only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the maneger made me feel super uncomfortable, one day she waited for me, to tell me, that because I dried my black hair with towels and towels I got dirty with black dye and that I had to pay them, that incident made me feel super uncomfortable, because it seemed to me a lack of respect from her, towards my person, and I had been in many hotels and I never had something like that happened and also in the way she told me it was very rude !!!

I strongly suggest Expedia sends representative to hotel before booking guest and leaving them to the mercy of arrogant hotel manger. Pros: - Spacious rooms. - Friendly staff. - Good breakfast Cons: - Checking in and out of hotel is a hassle, takes too long. - A $100 deposit is required. - No credit cards accepted. - Checking out, the receptionist does an inventory and guest pays additional charges if white towels or white sheets are soiled. - One receptionist to serve all guests. - Key card gave trouble. (Receptionist assigned to open room) - The room are not cleaned daily. - Rude Manager. - Toilet leaks - Ironing boards dirty - Towels are not replaced. Guest must wash towels to reuse.
