Very good location to watch sunrise. Nearby restaurants are a bit limited.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The staff was also very helpful. There was free parking for guests as well. We really enjoyed the public bath, there were many onsens with varying temperatures.

Room and board were generally impeccable. This little hotel a little away from the main Toba town centre is peaceful and better for those with their own vehicle.

食事が美味しくなかった。 ハモにはたくさんの骨があり、説明によると部位が良くなかったとのこと。子供が同じメニューを食べていたら、喉に骨が引っかって大変だったと思います。部位が良くないとわかっていたら、最初から出すべきではないと思います。ウェイターの方に水をお願いしても10分もかかり、しゃぶしゃぶの火をつけてもらえるのにこちらから声をかけないと気づかない… 食事代を返して欲しいです。

Stayed for one night while going to Toba aquarium. Room was amazing very large and with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were great very helpful the entire time. Hot drinks were free from a relaxing bar on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a Japanese style. Various different. Vegetables, fish and some fruit with rice, udeon and miso soup. We were even provided a meal voucher for the night when we arrived. Can't speak for the baths as we didn't use them for the night but I'm sure they are lovely as well. If your reading reviews to pick what place to book. Id say go with this one.

Very clean , good design,good location

Nice stop in toba with a nice view of the water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Drink bar and “soba hour” at 9pm was a nice touch. Seems like they recently had some renovations, so it’s nice and updated.

The whole building was recently renovated so it was very comfortable new and clean The food was generous and very yummy. The service staff from the front desk to the restaurant was very good The view from the room is very nice too Really enjoyed our 3 night stay

Staff were very nice and most helpful would visit again

This was not a traditional-style onsen and not what I was expecting. (No yukata, no welcome treats.) It has been recently renovated, and the rooms are clean, modern (meaning we had enough outlets for all our electronics), nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Staff spoke English so communication was simple. Lounge had 24-hr water and coffee machine. Didn’t have dinner there, but did have breakfast and it was delicious! Served kaiseki style, attentive and polite wait staff. Thankfully hotel was super responsive and quick communicating thru the Expedia app, which made using the shuttle van very easy. (Would be a challenging walk to/fm train station.) Lovely place and would stay again if we ever return to Toba.

部屋の眺めもとても良く、サービスもとても良かったです。無料の夜鳴きそばも美味しかったです。 スタッフの対応もとても良く、機会があればまた泊まりたいと思っています。 一つ気になった事は、お風呂(内風呂)の温度がぬるくてびっくりしました。 外の露天風呂は温かかったので良かったですが。。 それ以外は満点でした。快適な宿ありがとうございました。

The hotel has excellent sea view & the staffs are helpful & friendly. It is located in a fishing port, so fantastic for fishing. Good value for money & we would want to stay again.

サービスが行き届いていて、景色もとても美しかったです。2日間の朝食はそれぞれ違う内容が用意されていて、ちょっとしたサプライズ感がありました。おすすめできる宿です。

素泊まり2名56000円。GW5/2。和室だったことを活かして？リニューアルした清潔な室内です。良い点:オーシャンビューで部屋からの眺めは良い。24時間コーヒーマシンが利用でき、アイスキャンディー食べれます。スタッフが丁寧で、駅までの送迎の変更も快く対応していただいた。 悪い点:部屋の電話がわかりづらい。夜鳴きそばの提供がわかりにくかった。大浴場のお湯がぬるすぎて温まることが出来なかった。下階や隣部屋との仕切りが薄く、普通の会話や扉の開け閉めの音がして気になります。アイマスクと耳栓が置いてあり珍しいと思ったらコレが理由かなと。

很乾淨也很舒服，環境優美景色也優雅。住宿都可以有24小時的飲料，晚上還有宵夜。泡湯地方比較舊了點。

受付の外国人スタッフですが、説明内容は伝わりましたが少し早口でした 客室はとても綺麗でしたが、ゴミ箱にソフトコンタクトの使い捨てケースが残っていました 客室はドアを開けるとベッドが丸見えだったので少し抵抗が有り、せめてロールスクリーンなどで仕切って貰えたらよかったかなと感じました 今回はボイラー故障の為、大浴場が利用出来ずとても残念でした 客室の水道からもお湯が出なかったので、朝の洗顔が不便でした 朝食はボリュームが有り満足でした ラウンジには無料で飲み物とアイスのサービスが有り、チェックアウトの際にはコーヒーを持ち帰る事が出来て有り難かったです 館内には自販機も無く、アルコールやペットボトル飲料などは買い出ししましたが、コンビニまではちょっと距離が有りますので、予め用意しなければならないです
