Easy walk to the Iron Horse ski resort. Comfortable room with nice and sweet bathroom. Nice common area shared by guests. Convenient breakfast in the morning and snacks provided in the common area throughout the day. No other real amenities on property. Really best as a quiet hub for skiing or hiking/cycling.

It’s a lovely lodge and a great location and a concept. We’ve never experienced without staff on site. Their sauna was fabulous and the breakfast was pretty good. Comfortable quiet, a bit social and very clean.

Check in and out was seamless! The room was nice and clean, and spacious too. The self serve breakfast area was awesome! Lots of good options and they tasted great too (not very common in my experience).

Really lovely property and convenient self serve breakfast available. The open fire in the communal area was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet and super convenient to the resort base. Would stay here again.

This place was great. Room was excellent and right across the street from the resort! Nice little coffee station, bagels, muffins etc. We’ll be back for sure!

Great location, cozy feel, convenient breakfast - ready for us when we left at 6:30 to line up for first tracks :)

This hotel is tucked away in the mountains, so a long drive up the hill. Once you get there, everything is in order. On the outside, the building looks like a large, well maintained log cabin and the texts we received prior allowed easy access to the front door and to our room. The room felt cozy and welcoming, and the beds were super comfy, which really made us wish we had a few more days to linger. Breakfast was delish! I was happy to see that there were many serve yourself options along with coffee, teas, juices, etc. I enjoyed my breakfast on one of the sofas in front of the newly lit fire in the lobby and it was very peaceful. This visit felt like a real escape, so I will definitely be back to stay again!

We love our stay. Very quiet place to relax since we were there October . Clean and the free breakfast is a bonus . We also enjoyed the sauna .

The only thing I would change is the very soft mattress. Oh, the fan blades need cleaning

my room's toilet was blocked on 11:00 pm . when i call the front D' man. he just say no tech was on duty now. but when we was get up 6:30 am the bathroom was flooded. finally the front girl just gave me a bottle W & say sorry. how did you feeling about it?

Lovely space

My family stayed in the room with 2 queen beds (myself, my husband, my daughter and her wife). The room was super spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The biggest downside was the breakfast and breakfast area. There are only two regular tables, so we had to have breakfast on the couch using the coffee table. Also, make sure you understand what the breakfast consists of: some bottled juices, Italian pop, coffee and milk. Different breads but limited options to actually use on the breads. Muffins ran out and it took a while for them to bring back more. No cheese other than cream cheese, which I thought was odd. All in all, I would not stay here if the breakfast was an important or defining point.

We don’t usually stay where there is no staff on site but this was so easy and really straightforward. Check-in is digital and easy, the room was really nice, spotlessly clean and breakfast downstairs self serve and very good. The Jeffrey restaurant downstairs was excellent and full both nights we were there (only open wed to sun) really enjoyed the stay
