Average hotel as per pricing. Breakfast room doesn't have enough crockery or cutlery to cope with even a half full occupancy.

I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much. Mersin does not have a lot going on for a tourist. Stay in Tarsus instead, especially if you are interested in history.

Stayed for 2nights. This is business hotel, not for holiday staying purposes. Value for price, but need improvement for breakfast. It was so poor selection.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, despite being a 2* hotel centered downtown, they also have closed parking nearby for the guests. Negatives: Nevertheless, there are some major issues with room cleanliness. The sheets were not that clean, hairs from previous guests could be seen in the toilet and the beds, and especially the carpet on the floor was very very dirty. Two other not-so-major topics were: 1. The internet was not working. There was a very complicated process to connect, but in the end, it was not possible. And the staff could not find a solution. 2. Breakfast: It was very nice with a lot of options. Nevertheless, the buffet was not renewed even if the options were over more than 1 hour before the end time of the breakfast.

This centrally located hotel, comfortable room, varied breakfast, and courteous staff made for an enjoyable stay in Mersin.

Owner and owners son extremely helpful

It was a very good experience, the reception is wonderful, the staff are friendly and want to serve you, the cleanliness is excellent, but there was a problem with the internet, the password is set in a complicated way and the internet is relatively weak, there is no isolation between the rooms and the breakfast is classic and refined.

Really lovely helpful staff. Great spot to base an exploration of the city from.

Price/hotel I'd give 5/5

The hotel is in the good location in central with good access to everything. Near to bus station, near to train station, foods, shop and everything. Very kind and polite also helpful staff. I recommend it. Thanks to great staff 😊

Konum olarak fena sayılmaz. Diğer özellikleri çok iç açıcı değil ikram vs su konulmamış odaya söyleyip aldık.Biraz bakımsız 2 oda değiştirdik balkon kapıları kilitlenmiyor. Kahvaltı çeşidi yeterli ama bardak ve tabaklar temiz değildi. Zaten bir gün kaldık çok zorda kalınırsa kalınacak bir yer şu anlık personeli de yardımcı olmaya çalıştı.

Oda temiz değildi, lavaboda kıllar vardı, koltuk kirliydi, sehpa kir yuvasıydı. İki kişilik odaya tek havlu koyulmuş. Temizlik yapılmasını istedik oda temiz dendi, havlu istedik havlu var dendi. Bahşiş vererek anca yaptırttık. Otel çok eski yatak desen aşırı rahatsız. Ses izalosyonu yok yan oda, koridordaki ses, sokaktaki ses direkt odanın içerisinde. Otelin bulunduğu konum desen zaten suriyelilerin bol olduğu garip bir sokakta. Sürekli polis sireni gece bile sesi eksik olmayan sokak. Dinlenmek isteyen ve temizlik hassasiyeti olan kesinlikle uzak dursun. Tavsiye etmiyorum memnun kalmadım. 2 gece almıştım 1 gece kaldık ve çıkış yaptık değmez..

Otel çalışanları çok hoşuma gitmedi açıkçası. 3 kisi konakladik oda temiz ve genişti fakat banyosu eskiydi biraz. ayrıca alkol varmış bunu bilmiyordum.mersin sahile arabayla 15 dk uzaklıkta
