Nice room and staff

Excellent stay at Hotel Europa. Very comfortable hotel - modern, clean and spacious room, with great bed and mattress. Perfect location - short walk to rail station and very close to the best parts of the old town. Wonderful breakfast selection.

Good location in the old town area. Room was quite large and breakfast was very good. Check-in closes at 8pm (strange). Our train was delayed so we knew we wouldn’t be there before 8pm. I called head of time and they arranged to have our room key put in a lock box at the front door. Certainly there is no staff in sight after 8pm. There is no A/C in the room and even in May it was pretty stuffy (I did notice a fan in the closet though).

When I had an issue, staff was very patronizing. I don't like being belittled.

A very pleasing stay. The hotel is very well-located, within walking distance to major attractions and other conveniences such as restaurants and shops. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast provided is good.

This hotel is very convenient to the old town and many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly. Everything in the hotel is clean and well thought out. Room was spacious, shower and bathroom were nice. Breakfast had an excellent assortment. Would easily recommend this hotel.

We stayed because they had free parking for our 1-day rental car, to be returned the next morning. THE PARKING WAS VERY CONFUSING (2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS) with different rules re: getting in and out

The superearly checkout time was a bad surprise. 10.30 am! First time in a long life of travelling I met this feature

Das bezogene Zimmer war gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Das Personal freundlich. Zudem liegt das Hotel sehr zentral, wo dem Grunde nach alles vor Ort zu Fuß erkundet werden kann. Aus meiner Sicht daher sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles sehr in Ordnung

Die Zimmer waren super, die Betten hervorragend mit verstellbaren Lattenrost. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Stadterkundigungen.

Aufgrund der Lage optimal für einen Städtetrip und Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundliche Aufnahme, ein schönes Zimmer, sowie gutes Frühstück.

Buon soggiorno, personale accogliente e check in veloce, ho avuto qualche problema con la macchina in quanto la struttura si trova in isola pedonale e quindi ho parcheggiato in un vicino garage, buona colazione.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Excellent hotel en plein cœur de la jolie ville de Goerlitz. Personnel très accueillant, confort agréable, petit déjeuner correct. Deux points à améliorer, pas d'air conditionné et télévision ne diffusant que des chaînes allemandes
