The hotel was in a forested area, with nice forest trail. Property is old looking and can enhance its rating by putting tea/coffee in the room.

I always enjoy staying here. I've been coming to the Wald Cafe for 20 years now and never had a bad experience.

This was our second stay. If you have not been there before and are arriving at night then a Garmin is vital. On ones arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She showed us how to open the door of the room, using a model. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. My only request would for a firm pillow. When our TV needed retuning to pick up the BBC, a member of staff came within a few minutes and worked hard to retune it - successfully. We only had breakfast, however I must complement the hotel on it's Bacon. Excellent value and no doubt we will stay again.

This hotel is very charming. It is very close from Bonn (if you have a car) and you can just walk into a nearby forest!

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, very good dinner, not much (or pretty much nothing) in the neighborhood, therefore also very quiet. Can only say it was a very pleasant stay.

This was a very comfortable hotel. We arrived late and the gentleman checking us in asked the kitchen to stay open until we ordered our dinner. Our dinner was good and enjoyable, except for a dinner party the was going late and very loud. The hotel was in a neighborhood, but that was fine. The room was very comfortable and I would recommend others to stay here.

Beautiful facility. The girls enjoyed the sauna and the food was delightful. We would love to return and explore more of the area.

Every time we visit the Wald Café it improves. This hotel is easily as nice as the Hilton in central Bonn if you enjoy amore traditional feel.

Good bed, nice food, friendly staff. Good atmosphere. The time between the end of breakfast and the Check out time. 2 hours in between so you could sit down and relax before you have to leave.
