Hotel was really nice, an old world building with interesting features. Parking was offsite but close by. Rooms were nice, clean and breakfast was good. A nice hotel

Poor quality hotel. €70 hotel for €180. Tiny room with nylon carpets!!

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were lovely. We were a crowd of 8, with 2 families of 4 in 2 rooms. I emailed the hotel directly to ensure my booking definitely catered for the age of our kids -extra bed and cot- and they replied same day with no complications. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was good and the location was great too. Our main reason for being there was to visit family so didn't do much in terms of culture etc but the shops are within walking distance and the trams are within walking distance too -that's with small kids as well. Love the fact the hotel is independent and not belonging to a huge chain. As I'm a big tea drinker I have to mention there is no kettle in the room but the staff will always boil water for you at any time, day or night. Or you could take a kettle with you. A lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Einrichtung des Zimmers (Suite) war im sehr positiven Sinne etwas spezielles. Da wurde mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gute Betten, sehr gutes, renoviertes Bad, ordentliches Frühstück. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption ist steigerungsfähig...

Herzlicher Empfang und nettes Personal. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Ausschecken. Bei sommmerlichen Temperaturen hätte eine kühlmöglichkeit für getränke auf dem zimmer zu einer sehr guten Bewertung geführt.

Handtuch vom Vorgänger hing noch im Bad. Ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Frischer Obsalat fehlt noch.

Het is een degelijk hotel. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamer was schoon, netjes en je kon er gemakkelijk zitten op bank en stoel. De bedden waren prima net als de badkamer. Het ontbijtbuffet gaf veel keuze mogelijkheden. Je kunt vanaf het station in 7 minuten met de tram bij dit hotel zijn. Het ligt ten opzichte van het National Theater en de Kunsthalle op loopafstand.De rivier de Nectar, de winkelstraat, Starbucks, een grote bio winkel en een uitstekend vegetarisch restaurant met een fijne tuin liggen allemaal op loopafstand. Kortom een prima hotel om in korte tijd het centrum van Mannheim te leren kennen.
