We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. The only other place open to get something to eat was an unlicensed Indian restaurant. We ate there and it was excellent. The plus points, room and bed clean and comfortable, ideal for a stopover on a longer journey. Would stay again but not on a Sunday 😃

One night stay hotel conveniently close to the freeway (3km?) just outside of Karlsruhe. When you arrive late like we did parking is difficult as all on site places will be full and you need to start looking for a spot on the street, which is a very busy road. Good breakfast; to my opinion a little expensive for what the room & breakfast.

Nice, clean and efficient room. Good breakfast. Most staff was very friendly. The restaurant is also a great choice for dinner!

Self-serve check in very good. Room: Smelled damp (reported), pop up washbasin plug broken - not noticed until plug inserted and it took us at least 10 minutes to extract it using whatever tools we had to hand. When reported: "we know about it; it's being fixed today". No tea or coffee making facilities (the others did). Breakfast good.

Reasonable cost hotel in a very small town with few ameneties. Polite helpful staff and rooms that are functional. Common areas are a bit grubby. Good evening meal and breakfast.

It was overall good. This was a business trip and it satisfied my needs

The service is rather basic, but friendly. The rooms are big and I liked that. It is clean.

Used this place previously but the staff were definitely not up to offer a service. Paid the bill by credit card but the machine jammed and had to enter details again. Result? Duplicate charge! Had to contact Halifax to get the refund sorted which meant a wait of 45 days Most definitely will never stay again. Beware is all I can say

this hotel is very clean and everything in excellent condition.

Very clean, we had a large double room, good selection of (mostly German) TV programs, free Wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff, dog friendly, very reasonable price.

This was just a stop over at the end of our holiday before catching flights home. Hotel was fairly old & pockey in need of a refurb. Some sheets had holes in them. Attic room was pleasant though, with big skylights. Very narrow stairwell to get to it though - difficult to navigate with big suitcase. WiFi ok, but a bit variable in performance. Huge bathroom. Village didn't have much to offer.

Well located, check over a wall phone due to Public Holiday but worked ok. Nice room, comfy bed, hot water. Nice enough breakfast but coffee machine broke so no points for that. Would rather see pots of proper coffee and hot milk than silly modern coffee machine which didn't work.

Everything was perfect on our overnight stay and the included breakfast was amazing! Great value
