Great place for an overnight stay whilst driving down the Danube. Valley. Great value, easy to find and park, comfortable room, good dinner and breakfast.

As a single traveller I usually book 'double room single use' not only for the extra space but also as a message to the hotel to get a better quality room, as these rooms are more expensive. In this hotel the strategy did not work and I must have got the worst room in the hotel, in the annex. It was actually underground, had an unpleasant smell and was fairly close to a major road so that keeping the window open during the night was not an option because of road noise. The room had neither bottled water nor coffee (there was tea though). After complaint I got the room right above it. That fixed the underground problem but none of the others mentioned above. So, price/performance (Preis/Leistungsverhältnis) was bad. The lake (pond) is nothing to write home about and the price of a bottle of mineral water needs to be mentioned: €5,60.

Very nice family-run hotel in a village about 10km outside Regensburg, Bavaria. Good service, comfortable, recently-renovated room with modern amenities (1 double bed and a comfortable pull-out single sofa bed). Please note that many non-branded, family-run hotels outside the main population centers do not have air-conditioning. In the middle of summer, it can be and was very warm (30+ deg C / 86+ deg F) and so warm in the room, but with windows open it was bearable. Also, those not used to big, soft, square German pillows will probably find that they do not provide adequate support for the neck and head, so either bring your own from home or make sure you ask for additional pillows. The free breakfast was extensive, fresh and tasty, if but chaotic in and around the serving area. Check-in and -out was simple and efficient. Beer garden area with outlook over a small lake was very nice. Recommended!

The area is nice, quiet, with beautiful lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations have the latest updates, and breakfast was fantastic!

Excellent clean quaint family run hotel with good restaurant. WiFi was good when it was available. Got dropped a few times and had slow connection a few times. No AC so watch for hot weather. I would return, especially if cooler weather.

This hotel is a few miles outside of Regensburg, so it's convenient to the city, but it's quiet and walkable. There are stores and restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant is very good.

We stayed here because we had a tour of BMW and wanted to be close. It was a lovely newer hotel run by a family. Charming rooms and a nice breakfast. Like everywhere in Europe there is no air conditioning but the rooms were cool enough at night. Very pleasant stay.

On our way to Vienna, needed hotel not too far of freeway. Nice comfortable room. Ate at their outside beer garden. Great food! They have an excellent breakfast buffet, German style. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was good; we had a car so am not sure how it would be otherwise. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. It was very difficult to find the parking as they had construction going on and a wedding. I did not get any sleep the first night because of some kind of That went until 1:00 and then a lot of noise for breakfast or some other preparations early in the morning. The second night was much better.

We were looking near Wurzburg and this turned out to be one of the best surprises of our trip. The room was very plain but very clean. The Inn is outside a quaint town and beautifully located. The restaurant was amazing. Wonderful dinner and breakfast was fantastic. Hotel personnel were great!

Ich habe ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen, mit einem kleinem fenster. Der Ausblick ist nichts. Das Zimmer liegt neben der Strasse. Sehr alte ausstattung, eine Badewanne als Dusche und kein Handy Empfang. Also sehr übel, verstehe nicht wie mann sowas vermieten kann.
