The person who greeted us the night we arrived was rude and had no patience when giving us directions even though we explained several times that it was our first time visiting the city. Then he got upset because we didn't tell him we would be arriving at night. He scolded us because we didn't have a data plan to communicate and, to top it off, there was a dog that wouldn't stop barking at night. In conclusion, if you want to be scolded for everything and not be able to rest...this is the right place.

Stayed here for the first time and it was such a good experience, room was perfect and Mrs. Serena is such a nice lady. I definitely will be coming back.

They lets us maje a late check in. A place minutes from the airport

She speaks some English. I stayed there on my first day of the trip and my last day. On last day in the morning there were contractors working upstairs around 8am, so it was a little noisy, but she was expanding, so it is temporary. Area may not be very safe, but you have key for your room and the front door. She seems to be always inside when you push the buzzer. Otherwise you can always call her. Near a nice Mall. I will go back again.

Excellent value for price. Owner speaks English and was very helpful arranging transportation. She was also very protective in helping me avoid making mistakes during nationwide COVID shutdown.

Ms. Serena is a great host. She was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location to the airport and close to a great coffee shop and local mall.

Perfect place to stay for us as we just needed a night as we had a layover in GYE. Place has really good internet like actual high speed. The room was clean, private bathroom and had a good shower. Even Everything was great. They were very f town sky and They even drove us to the airport for a small fee. Would definitely reccomend staying here.
