My Points

No room amenities, no room cleaning for two days and at the time of check in… TV remote not working , ac not working…..

They denied booking after confirmation over email and call over whatsApp. 

As they had corporate booking. So any person who books has high probability of not getting accomodation as they only look for corporate customer.
