Awesome break amazing surroundings

Had an excellent stay at this resort. Beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room stocked with water. Excellent breakfast. Late night cinema. Convenient location. And a whole lot more.

It was amazing stay, we loved the resort, views as never seen anywhere before. Staff is great, service overall is very good. We loved the outdoor cinema, they even provided popcorn. Breakfast was great. The only minor thing - a bit more clarity on room types (ie what you book and what you get) would be helpful. Overall we loved it and definitely planning to come back.

This is a beautiful property set into an amazing landscape. The staff are very helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. I think that the furnishing etc are looking a little tired and is likely due for a refresh, but its very well maintained.

Too little Staff

The area is beautiful and very unique. I think there needs to be more staff onsite though.

Near Hegra

Only complaint is not having a beverage bar by the pool. In 40 degree heat you need to have beverages often!

The setting is stunning and the staff was great. It well-situation - close enough to town and major attractions to be convenient but also isolated so you feel very removed.

Amazing place. Really enjoyed it .. situated in mars and such an amazing time. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help.

I’m not sure why this hotel didn’t receive highwr ratings. The staff were all excellent with great services. The location of the hotel is fantastic with magnificent rocks surrounding the hotel. I can’t imagine a better place than this hotel.
