The hotel staff was quite friendly, but they didn't smile enough. There was no parking attendant, so we had trouble getting in and out of the back parking lot. And the room lights were dim.

There are many foods around the hotel if you want to buy souvenirs, just cross to Jaya Bakery, near the Kotabaru toll gate. Overall comfortable for me and my family.

The hotel staff is friendly. Parking security is on duty 24 hours. Cleanliness is good. When ordering there was a request for a high floor but was given the 1st floor. But overall the facilities are okay according to the price paid.

Overall good. Only the bathroom door handle is broken. Then the paint above the bathroom is damp and black. Maybe it needs to be repainted. My AC is on full fan and 16 is very cold. Maybe it needs to be cleaned again. Provide mukena too. There is only a prayer mat. The sheets were indeed replaced. Only because it was no longer pure white, there was brown, my husband was a bit awkward to sleep yesterday. The mirror could probably be replaced with one that is not famous for paint.
