The service was pretty good, but there was an issue with the water not turning on. It took a while to fix, but overall, it was good and satisfactory.

Of all the hotels I've ever used, this was the worst, starting from checking in not at the hotel but at another place, the room had to be tokenized and when I entered the electricity went out, it was smelly, dirty, spiderwebs everywhere, and the faucet was broken.

There's only one towel, only one toothbrush, and access is complicated, requiring security to take a photo. The bathroom door is broken and won't lock.

Hotel sangat tidak nyaman, manajemennya tidak profesional. amenities fasilitas hotel untuk penginap seperti handuk selimut dsb harus diminta dulu baru diberikan. petugas sangat tidak ramah. selain biaya hotel masih ada biaya parkir mobil yg harus dibayarkan dg hitungan perjam, bisa hapus asal karcis parkir ada cap dari hotel, tetapi dari pihak hotel tidak memberikan informasi sama sekali terkait ini jadi kami harus membayar lagi untuk parkir 70rb/24jam. ada uang deposit sebelum masuk kamar sebesar 200rb (nominal termasuk besar, hotel bintang 5 saja tidak pernah ada deposit) Jika manajemennya masih seperti ini, bagi yg mau menginap di hotel ini mohon untuk dipertimbangkan lagi lebih matang sebelumnya. Kami sangat tidak puas dg pelayanan hotel ini.
