We had two pull-out sofa beds in our room. They were very, very uncomfortable with an old three inch foam mattress as the bed. It was reminiscent of the beds I used to sleep in during the the 1970's and 80's as a kid where you could feel the two metal support rods in your back every time you turned or moved. The sheets on my bed had several drops of blood on them indicating that they had not been changed in a while. The carpet had dark stains in several areas and looked like it had not been cleaned for a long, long time. The unit was a large and good for families. The kitchen and laundry were convenient.

Emu Walk is very close to the town center. The rooms have a full kitchen, washer/dryer, air fryer, microwave and stove. The couches fold out into beds. The rooms are huge and have a small patio with table and chairs. We loved our room. Huge for 2 people.

I would pick this accomm over the 5 star hotel any day. The room was stunning and it was so convenient to be able to make our own meals. We were right next to Town Square and because of how well Yulara is set up could access everything else easily. There was literally nothing more I could have wanted in the room and we will definitely be going back.

room had small kitchen we did not use but everything in it.All clean everything functioned good wifi only drama when we left were charged for late checkout.We checked out on time but reception unattended with direction to another property for any service.We are of course disputed charge think they need to staff there reception better to stop this happeneing

The property is in a unique location, close to Uluru. However, I was disappointed with the conditions of the apartment; bathroom and kitchen need to be refurbished and cleanliness could be improved.

Looking very worn and tired, needs a good revamp. Area around outside, front and steps and balcony filthy. Haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Not a lot in kitchen, needs a few larger plates and bowls. A guest bbq would be ideal.

Agree with the comments - overall good. But it is looking a bit tired and could use a coat of paint. Kitchen needs some work - mismatched and limited cutlery and glasses etc. For the price, there’s room for improvement.

the close proximity of everything and the shuttle but there was a dirty sock outside on our deck , another dirty sock and tissue near the curtain in the bedroom and the power point for the washing machine was hanging off the wall - very dangerous - expected more for the price you charge a night

Nice place for families, with cooking amenities saving time and money. Beds were comfortable. Very loud aircon

Room was well equipped clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming helpful and friendly. Free shutlle nearby and walkable to shops and eateries. No complainants would happily go back

The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff were available and quick to assist. Programs were offered during the hot part of the day on local culture and flora/fauna. Shuttles were available to get around town.

The apartment was in great location but very poor condition needs a good refurb paint cracking everywhere bathroom really ugly fir the price very poor

Very good stay. Bit slow in checking in and out but OK. Suite nice, large, comfortable bed and lounging area. Clean. Kitchen well outfitted for meals. Nice pool. Lots of Parking but a bit of a way from the room. Would come back.

When I sat on arrival on one of the chairs it broke down which i immediately told them but they never took the chair away. The couch bed was terrible, you almost were lying on the springs.

The apartment was not clean, seems that cleaners only clean visible and surface cleaning, the toilet was horrendous, the courtyard at the back was like has not been cleaned for months (there is a pair of men's underpants under the table) and the leaves and rubbish made it totally uninviting to venture there. There were cockroaches in the apartment. The shower has mould in the edge which looks unsightly and not healthy. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen well supplied.
