The helper Kak Fifi is a very kind and nice person, she helped my family a lot.

The location is great, right next to Gleneagles Hospital, within walking distance. Staying here feels like home. Everything is provided, including a full range of cooking and eating utensils, along with a washing machine and detergent. We'd stay here again if we were in Penang for a medical checkup.

The Hotel & facility quite fascinating. Its clean provide some private luxury for traveler such as sandal and cooler-choice for senior whom like FAN versus AC for new kids 😁. The view is excellent, true sea view👍. Very recomended for family✅ #free internet & ipTV makes super excellent Bonus.

Clean, comfortable, relax like home. Convenient walk to Gleneagles hospital, within 3 km 10-15min car can find nearby food, shopping and tourist spots. Host provided very good service, fast response in assisting any questions, feel like home and enjoy the stay, will stay here again next visit!
