It's okay for a transit hotel. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant or breakfast, so if you're hungry at night or in the morning, you'll have to find food or order online. The hotel's cleanliness, especially the pillowcases, sheets, and floors, needs to be improved. Parking is also safe and comfortable. Otherwise, it's fine, a comfortable place to rest, even though it's not far from the main road.

Friendly staff, forgot to bring a cellphone charger, they lent it to me from when I arrived until I left, the place is nice, close to everywhere, on a busy road, basically the place and service are cool.

The staff was quick to respond when I asked for a change of bed sheets and blankets, and they responded immediately.

The location is great—restaurants and food stalls can be found all along the street. There’s a supermarket just 200 meters from the hotel. Parking space is sufficient. In short, it’s a recommended hotel for its class.

friendly staff good service when we arrived it was still less than 1 because the room was not ready yet, we were offered a room below but the view was still okay, finally checked in early. very happy to be able to rest early. also our check-out was late because the position was still stuck in traffic from above. but still responded well and no other costs were still understandable. cleanliness and security are quite good. God willing, if I go to Puncak, I will stay here again. very strategic access, left and right places to eat.
