The hotel staff is friendly, check-in and check-out are very fast, and the rooms are very spacious. I've been staying here for a while, staying here every time I visit Samarinda. The bathroom is also nice, equipped with a bathtub.

The TV was off, the bathtub was leaking, and almost all the breakfast menus were served with chili sauce.

Booked a week in advance, arrived at 3:00 PM to check in but was told to wait another 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready. I asked for a non-smoking room but was assigned to the 5th floor, which turned out to be full of smoking rooms, so the cigarette smoke wafted into the room 😢

This hotel is in need of renovation, but despite that, the staff keep it clean and in good order. The biggest change would be to simply replace the linen and towels; they are old and discoloured now. And the mattresses should have mattress protectors. The sheet was too short to fit the bed, so my feet were touching the mattress. Sorry for the next guest. The staff are really helpful and breakfast was good. Parking is limited, but the staff help find a place. For the price, it's still good value.
