It was actually quite good for that price, but we hadn't checked out yet, and it was still 11 a.m. and the room was already wide open. We had already packed our bags in the car that morning, but we really needed a 30-minute break before continuing our journey back.

Overall, it's standard and quite good, improve the service to a gym class.

It's been a while since I've stayed at this hotel. Everything was great, especially the breakfast food at the restaurant; nothing was bad, it was all delicious. Check-in was quite easy. The room was clean, but I think the elevator could use some renovation or better maintenance. It was hot, as if there was no air conditioning, and the thumping sound made it a bit scary to go up. Price: Much cheaper to book through the app. Location: Downtown, especially close to Segiri Stadium.

The staff is not very friendly, the bathroom door hinge is broken, many facilities need to be maintained.

The first time I stayed here was very pleasant. The initial plan was only 2 nights because it was comfortable, but I ended up extending it for 1 night. The staff were all friendly, from the security to the cleaning service, they were also good because they would check every day and ask whether you wanted it cleaned or not. Overall, it was good.... Next time I go to Samarinda again, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks...

Very worth it, the place is comfortable, clean, suitable for business trips and staycations.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is close to the city center and there are malls and cafes.

Overall good, but for breakfast alone, some of the flavors were not as appealing to the tongue, the bread was a bit hard, and there was one menu that was not hot even though it should have been hot.
