The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, but the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

Stayed in room 322 with a twin bed, the water in the sink didn't come out, only a little, the AC wasn't cold, it was a shame to bring a small child until it got hot, while sleeping suddenly there was a cockroach 😔

The toilet and room were clean, but the sheets were dirty. If you wanted to complain, you had to go downstairs; there was no telephone. The receptionist was uninformative.

The water in the toilet is not strong enough, so I'm a bit afraid to defecate. The AC is very loud, so it's not comfortable to rest.

Strategic location, good room facilities, and adequate cleanliness, which we hope can be improved. However, due to ongoing construction and the large number of visitors, it can be quite noisy and disruptive in the morning.

The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The view was good, offering views of the mountains and ships, but the heater for a warm shower didn't work. That's the only homework.

The staff is nice and friendly, but there is no telephone in the room to reach reception, so if you need anything you have to go down to the 1st floor.

The first room we were given wasn't very comfortable because the bathroom and floor were dirty. After we informed the receptionist, thankfully, they had a replacement room available, so we were able to switch.
