Friendly staff, clean place and very peaceful atmosphere.

I had safety concerns with the Meru pool. It needs a safety rail or equivalent on the pool stairs as they are hard to see and judge depth. Also, in some areas, it is very dark. The light switches near the bed were difficult to reach when you are in bed.

Everything is okay, from the room, the staff, etc. It was a pleasure staying at The Meru because we just wanted to rest, not walk around much. Please add 1 more chair to the balcony table to make it 2, the regular chairs. And please add more directions because the hotel is very big, we often get lost when we want to go back to the room. Not only us, there was a foreign woman who also got lost, laughing she said, "Sorry I'm lost too." Or at least there should be an officer who can help direct us if there are not many directions for the privacy of the room occupants.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. location nearby the Icon Sanur, just like 10 mins walk, The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my time here, they helped whenever my grab or gofood arrived. It was a truly pleasant stay, and I will definitely be coming back in the future! too bad we stayed in rainy season, so my Family couldnt enjoy the beach freely, but the Kids club helped us enjoying my Kids time.

It was a really fun experience staying here, the swimming pool is spacious and the rooms are also very comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, with a large and comfortable swimming pool. You can enjoy a relaxing bike ride, which is highly recommended for a family getaway.

This is one of the best hotels in town. All the employees are very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious; each room has a bed, a dressing area, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. All beverages in the in-room cabinet and refrigerator are complimentary. All the facilities are perfect. That's why it's a 5-star hotel. With these facilities, I believe the price is reasonable. I hope to return to this hotel next year.

Perfect hotel for vacation 100/100

Went to Meru for holiday with family, and we were not disappointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we came and they kindly explained all the places that may interest us. The room is so spacious, it was well kept. We will surely come again to Meru

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is nice, the interior is cool, the place is comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly. However, some amenities like cotton buds and the snack bar were not refilled for three days without request. Even then, the process was slow. The rooms were nice, large, and clean. Perhaps the daily cleaning staff was less than responsive.
