Someone arrived on time to let me in. The room I booked was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. Furniture was old and worn but clean. TV language easily changed to English. Kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine but I did not use anything. Bathroom was clean and functional but old the hot water soon warmed up overall it was decent value for money in a quiet city centre location ideal for holiday makers. I will use again next year.

Owner was very helpful and the lady was there to meet us with the keys on time. Ana upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge (3 double bedrooms) and a courtyard. Everything was provided (iron, ironing board etc). Quiet location in the centre of town and a few streets from La Rambla. Also, a nice change from our other apartments in the old town of Alicante. Only a short walk from where the bus drops you off from the airport and very close to both the marina and beach. Shops are everywhere so no problem if that's your thing. We'd use this property again if we come back to Alicante.

Lo mejor la ubicación. En pleno centro y a la vez junto al mar. Junto a la zona de tardeo.
