Honest review, when we first entered to check in there was no receptionist in the lobby and we waited up to 30 minutes and even then we wandered around looking for the person on guard, it was dark when we entered and after we wanted to enter the room we were still waiting, the room was still being prepared, mopped and so on -Otherwise, I waited for about 10 minutes, when I entered the room it turned out that the room was dirty and dusty as if it had never been lived in and did not reflect the hotel, the water was yellow, the bed sheets had lots of dirty spots, even worse, there were lipstick marks on the bed sheets, the shower water was dead, the electricity was off for hours 12 at night, almost half an hour before it started again, even though there was a generator but it didn't turn it on, the second day the water was dead from afternoon until morning. Finally we as a family didn't take a shower, we complained but the answer was not satisfactory, the hotel was quiet and dark, please review again because with the price I had spent for 2 days I was really very, very dissatisfied and very disappointed, 2 nights 1.1 million, no mineral water provided in the room, no glasses, no water heater to make coffee or milk and I happen to have a toddler who is still breastfeeding so I want to make milk which is really complicated. I'm sorry, I don't want to kill people's fortunes, but don't let other customers be disappointed like me.
