The rooms are dirty and outdated, with a very dirty swimming pool behind the rooms. The location is remote, near Sari Ater.

Friendly and responsive staff, peaceful atmosphere. Rented a standard 3-bedroom room for 2 days, but the sheets had to be changed, there was no hot water, and the toilet was squat. Please consider improving these.

Quite satisfactory, spacious room but lacking Wi-Fi

Got a wooden villa room with a floor that was almost hollow and had collapsed, no rain cover or umbrella provided for access from the room to the toilet, my head hit the supporting beam twice in the room, there was no safety sign, the room was not well maintained, in my opinion it was overpriced for the type of room I booked. Breakfast was also too salty and for an additional person at 80k with the available menu variety was also overpriced.

Overall, the place is nice. Unfortunately, it's poorly maintained: the wood is peeling, the sheets are torn and worn, there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the private pool is dirty. However, the service is excellent, friendly, and responsive.

Booked a standard room for 3 days and 2 nights without air conditioning and got room 119 (the front of the room isn't private, as the main road is busy with people and vehicles). The weather was quite cool in the mornings and evenings, and cooler in the afternoons (so no air conditioning was needed). All the staff were friendly. The food was decent for the price. The resort is spacious, cool, very close to Sari Ater, with a wide selection of souvenirs, and there's Pinaru Park (free for those staying overnight). We arrived quite early (intentionally to avoid traffic), but the earliest check-in time was 1 p.m. There was only one swimming pool, and it wasn't as warm as before (lukewarm). The other two pools were reportedly under repair (but they seem to have been empty for a long time). The bathrooms had no locks, no sinks, squat toilets, no water heaters, and the water was sometimes clean and sometimes yellowish, and the water was very cold. The vinyl flooring was easy to peel off. My kids were all happy.

The hotel staff was friendly, but what was lacking was the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and private pool in the room unit. As for room cleanliness, the wooden floor was cracked, and the mattress was positioned directly on the wooden floor, making it possible for ants to climb onto the mattress. The bedsheets were stained, and the white curtains also had stains that looked dirty and hadn't been washed, making us doubt whether the mattress was sterile. The toilet, located outside the room, was very difficult, especially when it rained. The roof wasn't fully covered, so you might get wet and need an umbrella. The bathroom was small and dark. The private pool was dirty, full of animals, and slippery, as if it hadn't been cleaned often. To make matters worse, the water often went off, requiring us to call the staff repeatedly, and when we checked, the pump was dead. This happened several times until we were tired of calling the staff. There was no air conditioning and no fan, so the room was a bit hot at night if the room was completely closed to avoid mosquitoes and other animals. And if you're going to take a shower here, be prepared for a cold shower because the hot water only lasts for the first few minutes. We were disappointed and won't be coming back, so we waited until morning so we could check out and leave in the morning. Not recommended for people who like cleanliness, can't stand the heat, and can't take cold showers.

The pool isn't as full as the private pool, and the water heater keeps cutting out, even though the location is okay. It's actually quite aesthetic, with the huts shaped like tree houses. If you get hungry at night, there's no restaurant, so you have to leave the resort. The view is nice, and the water is cool.

The staff and service were quite pleasant, but road access needs to be improved. Unfortunately, some of the pools were not active when we visited.

Got a standard room, but the app didn't show a picture of the room. There was only one room left, and the worst part was there was no hot water, the floor was sticky and full of ants, and the bed sagged as soon as I sat down. Luckily, I brought a sheet, so I could get through the night. I don't recommend the standard room.
