1. The access road to the hotel is damaged and narrow.
2. Vehicles are not allowed to park in front of the unit, so they have to park quite far away at the hotel next door, which is under the same management.
3. There are too many rules in the hotel rooms, for example, no stains on the bed sheets. If there are any, you'll be fined, even though when we checked in, the sheets and blankets were still stained, as if they hadn't been washed.
4. The swimming pool was dirty and the water wasn't hot.

7. There's no restaurant. Breakfast is at the hotel next to the car parking lot, and the food isn't very varied and the taste is also lacking.
8. There's an additional entrance fee to enter the Pinaru Park playground if you book a room via the app. They say it's free only for those who book directly (on the spot) for a hotel room there. It's strange that they're being treated differently, even though both customers are paying.
9. There's only one outlet in the room, so you have to take turns charging your phone. There's also only one outlet for the TV and the kettle, so if you want to boil water for the kettle, you have to unplug the TV first.
