We arrived at midnight, and despite having a 24-hour front desk, no one was there. We ended up checking ourselves in, and the staff never talked to us. When we checked out, there was also no one there, so we left the key. The hallway light shines brightly into the room at night, and it is impossible to block it out. We also randomly lost power in the middle of the night, but the hallway light was still on… Other reviews talk about how dirty the bathroom is, and it is true. Looks nothing like the photos. Good location though.

The booked rooms were sold out, it was difficult to find a solution because the receptionist was not there, only the security guard was on duty, in the end I upgraded myself.

We booked a room with breakfast included, but there was no dental kit, and breakfast was not provided. The staff disappeared during breakfast time, so we could only check out by releasing the key at the lobby desk.

Very good, next time I will stay there again if I stop by Ende, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is strategic, thank you

During check in the receptionist was not there so had to wait a few minutes. Spacious room but dirty floor. For a hotel in the 400s the room facilities are very lacking. The door lock is problematic, there is no cupboard, no hot water in the bathroom, water from the bathroom seeps into the room. Breakfast is fried rice carelessly, just white rice mixed with soy sauce and served in a rice cooker 😅 plus a bland omelette.

The room is nice, unfortunately the water is not flowing smoothly, in the morning the water did not come out.

Indifferent service, toilet is broken, hot water doesn't work, food runs out.
