The hotel was actually nice, but the front desk employee, Eka, was rude (pretending to be busy and rude) when it came to exchanging pool equipment. She responded angrily to my thank you when I returned the pool equipment and pushed the cupboard drawer hard. Her hospitality was lacking, which marred my enjoyable vacation.

Our hotel room was nice. Comfiest bed and pillow with spacey. The only setback was the lobby was at the far left end and our room was at the far left end. So it was quite a walk to our room and back.

The hotel is actually quite nice, but it's old and hasn't been maintained. The TV only shows local movies, there are minimal power outlets and lights (the room is dim if the windows aren't open), and I admit it's quite far away. I was only looking for a hotel near the wedding venue and wanted a large, spacious room on a budget, so it was okay here, but if you're looking for a long stay, it probably won't be. Perhaps the hotel could be upgraded to make it more sustainable.

I stayed in Ululani for 3 days on business, and their staff was very helpful and responded quickly to everything I asked for or needed. The room was big for the price range, with a bathtub, worth every penny. In terms of location, if you want to explore the Uluwatu area, it's a recommended place to stay because it's not too far, yet you still feel the quiet side of Bali. Will come back again later!

Spacious room, I like it. Although the room has a bit of an old smell and it was a little bit old, but no complaints because it still feels comfortable. Staff are very kind and helpful. The lobby is spacious and nice. It has a gym and table tennis. The swimming pool water is so cold, but I like it. Breakfast is also okay. On top, there's a chapel and the view from the top was amazing!! Love it, beautiful view and sunset as well. Overall, a cozy stay for people who want to escape from the crowds.

Good: The location is secluded, perfect for those seeking a healing retreat away from the crowds. The surrounding area is quiet, making it feel like a private area. The rooms are spacious, with nice interiors, and large bathrooms. Not so good: The view from the room is lacking. The semi-indoor pool feels damp and a bit dark. For such a large room, the TV is a bit small and isn't a smart TV.
