This hotel is very strategic and conveniently located near many attractions. The room is clean even though the bathroom is shared. However, it was quite exhausting since there’s no lift , only stairs … and I was assigned to a room on the second floor while carrying a large suitcase. It would be great if the property could consider adding a lift in the future. The check-in process also took quite a long time. The staff were friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination with the manager. Even though I had already shown my passport and hotel voucher, it still took a while before I finally received my room password.
