Great service, friendly staff.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Its location is very strategic and easily accessible, close to various public facilities, making it easy to get around during my stay. The price is also commensurate with the facilities provided. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area is well maintained, and all the staff I encountered were very friendly and responsive in providing service. As for food, the menu selection is quite varied, giving guests several options to enjoy. However, the beverage selection is still relatively limited and could be improved to provide more variety. One drawback is the rooms' lack of soundproofing. Sounds from outside can still be heard from inside, and vice versa, sometimes slightly disrupting comfort and privacy while resting. Overall, this hotel remains a good choice, with its strategic location, friendly service, and amenities that are commensurate with the price. With improvements to the room soundproofing and the variety of beverages, the experience would be much better.

The location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent. However, in my room, the noise from the next room was noticeable due to the central door. The food selection could also be improved, including both main courses and snacks. We need to adapt to the current crowd, whether they're predominantly from out of town or within the city, so the food selection can be adjusted accordingly.

This is my second stay, and thankfully, it's still clean, the food is still varied and delicious. It's close to the city center, and I'm still interested in staying here again.

Overall it's ok, the food is just lacking in taste, but the service is so good that they gave me a free replacement.

Nothing is a dud for Hyatt, it's always a pleasure to stay with the family here.

One of the newest hotels in Makassar, yet offering a comfortable stay. Their hospitality was excellent and really helpful. Considering our long stay, they found a room at the less occupied floor and without a connecting door to make sure our quiet stay. At the restaurant, they even offered some menu or requested menu to be prepared the next day to suit our preferences.

I found the food outside of breakfast to be overpriced and mediocre. The food wasn't plentiful for a top-tier hotel in Makassar, which I didn't expect, as many other hotels offer more extensive and delicious food. Hopefully, the food and service can be improved. Even a 7-year-old child here still pays 50% (disappointing), but the room, ambiance, and service are all fine.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly

The security guard in the motorcycle parking lot was unfriendly and belittled my husband because we happened to be riding a motorcycle to the hotel. Otherwise, the other staff were very friendly.

There wasn't a single staff member who wasn't kind. Considering the price I paid, the hotel facilities couldn't have been better. I have never left a review anywhere in my life, but the staff and facilities I encountered during my stay made me feel so good that I felt I had to give back, even if only through a review. I wish the Hyatt Hotel continued success.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, has a modern interior, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, check-in was a bit slow. I arrived at 3:00 PM but was still made to wait 15 minutes for my room, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. The hotel also offers express check-out, so I didn't have to queue in the lobby.

I go to Makassar once a year and I think I've always stayed here since it first opened. Hotel is always very clean and check-in time is fast. Room is always ready. Room amenities are decent. Location wise, I think it's good. It's easily accessible and easy to get from one place to another.

It was a great stay here. The best.

Booked 3 rooms during Eid holiday for 5 days. Our overall stay was good, the rooms are cleaned thoroughly, and all the amenities provided were in good condition. The location was superb; we could reach almost all of our destinations within 10 mins. Since we used EV, it was also practical that it’s located next to EV charging station at PLN across the hotel. Didn’t get to try the gym and pool though. Will definitely stay here again for our upcoming stays in Makassar.
