Based on my experience, this hotel was amazing! The lobby was super clean, had a great vibe, and they even served welcome snacks. I had to wait about 20 minutes before checking into my room, but the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, so it wasn't a big deal. The room was spotless—literally sparkling clean. There wasn't a single speck of dust, and I was happy to find an iron in the room. I also loved the scent throughout the hotel; it smelled so fresh and relaxing. Overall, every staff member was so welcoming and genuinely nice. Definitely had a great stay, and I'd love to come back!

Nothing disappoints at the Hyatt Place, from the clean rooms to the stunning rooftop, the spacious pool, and the incredibly friendly service. I'd definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.
