You can pick apples, get strawberries, and watch the sunset too, just make sure to bring a jacket because it gets cold from night to dawn. The kitchen is outside, there is no living room. The price includes 2 rooms (one house), a rooftop, an en-suite bathroom, a water heater, and a hairdryer, overall quite satisfied. Oh yes, in the villa area there are many apple, orange, and strawberry trees. Clothes drying is also provided.
