The staff was friendly and helpful, only need to increase the cleanliness as we found a spot on our blanket and it's quite big.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They even escorted us to the front of the house upon check-out. There are also two cats, named Mocu (orange) and Moca. They were a joy to be with.

Expensive. The facilities don't match. Many nearby villas offer similar prices, but with complete amenities and spacious rooms. The hot water is non-existent.

We had a great time with our stay. The room was a bit small for us. We didn't spend much time in the room as we travelled more on our second day. There were some problems with the room when we went in, and couldn't be fixed immediately because we arrived around 5 PM. But it's all settled by the second day. If you are using a motorcycle to go here, do not trust Google Maps and consult with the property on how to get here. We were led on sandy slippery slope roads with up and down hills so steep, commonly used by sand trucks, by Google Maps getting there.

A sea of clouds was visible from the room. The bed was incredibly spacious. The staff were all friendly from check-out, escorted us to the door, and waited for us until we departed.

Good and recommended, the food is decent, and it's easy to access. 👍 You have to try it.

The view from the place is beautiful! The rooms and facilities are quite good. What needs to be improved is the check-in preparation time. Ensure the room is cleaned before check-in so guests don't have to wait. The staff should be more proactive in checking the cleanliness of the rooms regularly. A water heater could be provided, as the temperature in Kintamani is very cold, so that's much needed.

The location is on the roadside with ample parking, friendly and fast service, you can order food and it tastes quite good and cheap too... The best view of Mount Batur is clearly visible when you open the curtains from inside the villa, so you don't have to go outside to enjoy it 🥰. I want to invite my family to stay here again because yesterday it was just the two of us.

A comfortable stay at Highland Bali, okay staff, okay room, very nice view, very nice host.

Stay one night at the Bali highland with a view of clouds, mountains, sunrise that is so beautiful, Bali should have come here first before exploring other places, Bali highland is different from other places in Pinggan, comfortable atmosphere because the sound of vehicles is not heard, private bathroom so comfortable at night, good host, good staff. We were confused, it turned out that Bali highland was the same as Bali highland Kintamani or Bali highland glamping, the name was different because Google business had a problem on Google, thank you Komang, Winda and the good host Mrs. Deva

The place is very comfortable, there is no sound of passing vehicles, the place is a bit in the middle, different from the others, spacious and the mountain view is very beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is quite good, the route is safe but you have to ask the host for directions so you don't go the wrong way.

Hot water not running well ,safety shouldbe number one priority especialy by swimming pool or yard infront of the cabin without safetyguard. The fire place or api unggun place next to the pool very dirthy.

The staff is friendly, BUT unfortunately the service is less than satisfactory, complaints about the shower in the bathroom not working were not fixed until the next day, the swimming pool was not maintained because there was a lot of dirt from peeling paint that was buried at the bottom of the pool.

A bit disappointed when we arrived at the hotel, the staffs gave us an information if there are upper level room and lower level room which is the same type of standard room. The price on traveloka app is for the upper level. So if u want a better view you have to add another 100k. The bathroom was okay but the water tap running very slow so its really difficult to shower. But the staffs are very helpful and friendly!

The view is really nice, it's a shame it's not safe for children and it's not well maintained.
