The location is on the roadside with ample parking, friendly and fast service, you can order food and it tastes quite good and cheap too... The best view of Mount Batur is clearly visible when you open the curtains from inside the villa, so you don't have to go outside to enjoy it 🥰. I want to invite my family to stay here again because yesterday it was just the two of us.

A comfortable stay at Highland Bali, okay staff, okay room, very nice view, very nice host.

Stay one night at the Bali highland with a view of clouds, mountains, sunrise that is so beautiful, Bali should have come here first before exploring other places, Bali highland is different from other places in Pinggan, comfortable atmosphere because the sound of vehicles is not heard, private bathroom so comfortable at night, good host, good staff. We were confused, it turned out that Bali highland was the same as Bali highland Kintamani or Bali highland glamping, the name was different because Google business had a problem on Google, thank you Komang, Winda and the good host Mrs. Deva

The place is very comfortable, there is no sound of passing vehicles, the place is a bit in the middle, different from the others, spacious and the mountain view is very beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is quite good, the route is safe but you have to ask the host for directions so you don't go the wrong way.

Hot water not running well ,safety shouldbe number one priority especialy by swimming pool or yard infront of the cabin without safetyguard. The fire place or api unggun place next to the pool very dirthy.

The staff is friendly, BUT unfortunately the service is less than satisfactory, complaints about the shower in the bathroom not working were not fixed until the next day, the swimming pool was not maintained because there was a lot of dirt from peeling paint that was buried at the bottom of the pool.

A bit disappointed when we arrived at the hotel, the staffs gave us an information if there are upper level room and lower level room which is the same type of standard room. The price on traveloka app is for the upper level. So if u want a better view you have to add another 100k. The bathroom was okay but the water tap running very slow so its really difficult to shower. But the staffs are very helpful and friendly!

My first time at the foot of Mount Batur, and it was truly amazing with its winding roads and climbs. 😁 But once we arrived, the beautiful view made me so happy. Don't expect much from the facilities, food, or hotel, but everything was good, and the staff was friendly. Thank you. 🙏

Honestly, during my 7 days in Bali I moved from hotel to hotel, this was the worst. The price offered with the service and facilities provided was very disproportionate. In the app, this villa only provides 1 type/type of room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was offered to choose a room and if I wanted a room near the pool I had to add Rp100,000, even though no one was staying there besides me. When I arrived at the room, the first thing I saw was that the room was very small, I waited for the AC for half an hour and it was not cold, there were several dead flies in the room, meaning the room was not checked and cleaned before guests arrived, I wanted to swim but there were many dead flies in the pool, even though in the villa next door that was visible from this villa there were no dead flies piled up in the pool like this villa, besides the dead flies in the pool there were also many white fibers floating around who knows what it was and the pool walls were peeling, when I asked if the pool could be used, the staff said "YES" even though the pool was that dirty. Hopefully this can be input for the hotel to improve the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel 🙏

The location and view are great, worth it for this price. Unfortunately, it's not stated that there are two types of rooms: the upper and lower levels. So, the price on Traveloka is for the upper level rooms, which are not the same as those listed in the app. If you want a better view, you have to add another 100,000 Rupiah. The food could have been better because I brought my kids, so the food was quite salty. The bathroom was okay, with towels provided, but the water tap was very small, making it difficult to shower. The room was okay, with a 180x200cm bed, but there were still some dirty spots. The long bedside lamp had a bad cable, which occasionally turned off because it was loose. But overall, it was pretty good, not really a big deal for the 500-600 Rupiah price. We upgraded because the view from the lower level was better, but the staff and others were very friendly. The Wi-Fi was unusable at night, which was a shame for kids who needed to watch TV, but the Wi-Fi was down. ☺️
