The front desk staff do not greet you, welcome you nor speak to you when you depart. Only one overnight front desk guy was nice. A car with blaring loud music dropped off an employee with disregard for sleeping hotel guests. The housekeeping staff speak loudly as they walk the hallway and work. Maintenance crews sit on medians and hang out at the coffee area and stare at you. There were empty dispensers in the bathroom. The hotel provides face soap to wash your hands. Where is the antibacterial soap? There was a bug in our room as the days went on. The front desk staff refused to give us the GM's direct phone number.

Great place to stay. Only 5 minutes from Space Coast Complex. Have to put Fairfield Inn into GPS to find it though. Navigation will take you to the middle of a roundabout.

Very clean and bright. Breakfast was an upgrade from typical hotel food spread. Would definitely stay here again.

We were offered an accessible room which was ok, it was roomy but the hot water was very much lacking. We each needed a nice long hot bath or shower and didn't enjoy it at all

My account has a note on it to not be placed in rooms near the elevator. I was placed next to the elevator and heard small children running up and down the hallway and screaming at all hours of the night. This is why I do not want to be near the elevator. I mentioned this to the front desk concierge and was given a blanket excuse. Other than this, the stay was nice, and water was hot in the shower.

Very roomy!

This was our first time staying at a Home2, but it will not be our last. Very nice spot. Typical hotel quick breakfast, but everything was spotless. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I've stayed at higher line hotels where thit was not nearly as comfortable as this. Like I said, we will be back.

The check in was super quick and easy and the money for incidentals was only $20. The staff was so friendly.

Hi people this is the worst hotel I stayed ever is very very very noise very loud you can t sleep during the night only 3 4 hours and during the day forget.The staff from the hotel they are very very very rude .The breakfast in the morning after one hour every time is nothing they said to many people and the food is still frozen on the fridge.I STAYED At THIS HOTEL 10 DAYS.THE WORSE HOTEL EVER

I had a good experience at this hotel. Very clean, kid friendly, and dog friendly. Nice breakfast, which was the best part of our stay. The only drawback was the $80 dog fee they didn’t mentioned before booking.

Staff was not hospitable.

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
