The location is very strategic, close to the city center, GBK, and the mall. It's easy to find food, you can go behind the hotel or find food at the GBK Multipurpose Canteen. The rooms are very spacious and clean, even though they're older. Unfortunately, the TV is still old-fashioned; please upgrade it. The staff is friendly, and upon arrival, the door is immediately opened and your belongings are brought.

In terms of hotel service, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The breakfast menu is delicious with many variations. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is excellent because it is next to FX and across from GBK stadium. A little suggestion, in the elevator, near the buttons for each floor, it would be better if there was a directory of swimming pools, restaurants, and meeting rooms on which floor. This is a common thing I see in other hotels and makes it very easy for guests. Then, regarding access to the swimming pool, if you are really concerned about guests coming and going in the lobby to get to the pool, it would be better to only open one access from the back door, do not provide an access option from the lobby because guests will automatically use the access provided by the hotel. Yesterday, there was a staff member at the swimming pool who kept approaching me. When I arrived, he asked for my room number (it was still okay until here because it was probably SOP), then in the middle suddenly came to me to inform me about the depth of the pool, etc. Then, after I was finished, he came back and asked me to go through the back door instead of the lobby. The problem is, he didn't do the same things to other guests who were also there, even guests who had just arrived. It may have been well-intentioned, but it was quite disturbing for me, as I hadn't experienced anything like that the day before when I was swimming. Despite that, overall, my staycation here was enjoyable and recommended.
