This hotel is clean and comfortable. I stayed here during the BTN East Java event. The staff was amazing, and they were incredibly kind. They even gave me an extra late check-out without any charges. My brother suffered an injury during the full marathon, so he needed time to recover before checking out. Thank you again to the staff; they were incredibly responsive and very kind.
