Pleasant and very helpful staff, room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. Nice bar and outside courtyard to relax in too.

Nice rooms, even the ones without windows, great bar and a handy location in the city of London The kitchen areas, with instant boiling water are a nice touch .

Great stay! Super comfy bed. A little on the small side but that's well pointed out in the reservation process. Great stay!

A charming, very trendy and modern hotel in the heart of the clerkenwell district of London. Extremely helpful and friendly international staff. We had a great time. Ask for a quiet room, facing the side or back of the hotel. Just far enough from all of the tourist attractions to feel like you’re actually in the heart of London without all of the crowds.

Room was clean and nice but it was very small. The bathroom setup in the middle of the room was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was good for the most part. The room was tiny and not really big enough for two people to be in comfortably. The main issue that we had was that the ventilation system sounded like living inside a data center. The only way to make it more quiet was for it to be shut off completely which made the room get quite hot at night. We discussed it with the front staff and they said we could change rooms the next day but then never got back to us about it. The price for the size of the room was quite high as well.

lovely hotel, lovely room. The only downside was tea/coffee facilities in the hallway rather than the room - i like a tea in bed before i get up but didn't want to go and make it in my pjs! Disposable cups not very eco friendly either.

A clean compact room. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was .disappointing Coffee and tea provided in the corridor at a small tea point with a hot tap. Healthy breakfast with plenty of choice.

Funky relaxed hotel with a bar downstairs and very quiet room, but I had to wait ages to check in, my room wasn't ready, was left sitting in the bar and had to keep asking for my room. Once allocated, it was very clean, arty and a bit different, there was a Marshall amp so you could play guitar, mobile things hanging from the wall by the bed and what looked like a block of ice lol for the toilet and shower. Ice Bear from We Bare Bears would approve. I found it really cold the air con, especially at night, heating had been switched off, normally in this boiling weather Im fine but I had to order a fan heater as I was shivering and had pain in my hip from the window. I did switch the air con off and reception did say theyd put the heating on for me. Thats not something I've had before, actually Im usually sweltering lol. There was no chair in the room, just a stool, and tea and coffee had to be made in the corridor, they had a very nice selection of brews but I had an early start and had to drag myself out and down bleary eyed and decidedly not bushy tailed to get a coffee lol. It is a very nice, arty and clean hotel the key cards are beautiful and its super quiet being in a side road but for me it was just too cold for some reason.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights, we included breakfast with our stay and it was well worth it. The breakfast buffet was displayed beautifully every morning with little omelettes, an assortment of breads, pastries, deli meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt and cereals. They had many freshly squeezed juices, flavored water, drip coffee or served espresso directly from their bar. The service of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. We loved our corner room, it was spacious with powerful air conditioning. We were in London during a 4 day long heat wave with temperatures above 90F/32C and frequently retreated to the icey air conditioning of our room. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a spacious walk in rain shower and we had a nice view of the city below. The location of the Ruby Stella is a huge perk, very close to the tube stations without being in the loud and busy streets of downtown London. We were a 10-15 minute walk away from many great restaurants, pubs and bars with a huge selection of food. Our favorite nearby restaurants were Faros, The Lamb, the Eagle and Ciao Bella. We would highly recommend staying here and greatly considering staying here again if we ever come back to London. It was very easy getting there from Heathrow airport and back, taking the Elizabeth line directly to and from the airport.

Stayed here for a brief stop over in London. My room was clean and stylish with great amenities, and it was comfortable. The access to streaming and a Bluetooth speaker made it a nice spot to relax before a long flight. The tea bar on each floor was also a nice touch. Especially loved the back garden in the hotel, a great spot to enjoy a drink & relax.
