Nice relaxing stay!

An outstanding facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to assist. And while I didn’t give a 5 to condition this is purely due to the fact there are minor renovation occurring, so it will be much better when finished. Our visit was in August 2024

Really impressed with this hotel and the breakfast was lovely and included in price. Will definitly stay again as room was huge and very comfortable.

It was a 5 day business stay from abroad. It is hard to get around without a taxi or bike. Uber is available but the wait time varies from 15-25 minutes. I had dinner at their restaurant twice. The dinner was great but the service is below average. I found the place to be a bit expensive. The rooms and views were great. I asked for electric kettle to drink hot water but they did not provide and suggested to use Nespresso Coffee Machine which is a bummer.

Attractive buildings set in park-like grounds around a lake. Modern comfortable rooms. Excellent food both for evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Very very small bath towels no tea and coffee in room

Very nice hotel to stay. Rooms are very clean and modern. Nice bathrooms too. Breakfast is well taken care off. Just missed the ability to make a coffee or tea in your room. But overall excellent

Staff friendly, plenty of open space for dog walk, good breakfast included in bag to collect due to covid, quiet and peaceful. Recommend

Generally the stay was good. The restaurant was very good but after four days the menu was restrictive so if my stay had been longer we may well have eaten elsewhere. Room lighting poor especially for ladies and their makeup. Rooms were basic, but usually I'm a four star plus stayer. Carpeting needs a very good clean!!

Really nice clean fresh hotel. Beds were very comfy. Great view across the lake from the restaurant especially at night with the trees lit up, quite relaxing. Breakfast included, which again was of a good quality.

Very pleasant stay only minor complaint was breakfast dishes slow to be cleared.

Room is clean and tidy but telephone is missing in the rooms which is not convenient for the communication...

We arrived in good time, a group of four, two rooms. My room was Room 1 which should not be rented out. It is an internal bedroom with an unfinished bathroom, and no outside ventilation. The room is situated at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the front entrance, open reception, bar and dining areas, and underneath the office and reception. It was hot, noisy and with no ventilation except into the hallway and no fan extraction in the bathroom, made it impossible to sleep. The dining room closes at 10 pm and last checkin time is 10 pm. However at 1 am when I went upstairs to see why there was so much noise, the staff where still working with no thought to the noise they made, the phone was ringing in the office right above our heads and the bar had guests in it, with some late night arrivals still not checked in. Staff didn't seem to be aware of the issues with this room but after our complaint they moved us the next day to another room. This room 1 should not be rented, or at the very least have air conditioning installed. The bathroom needs completing and doors need to be installed at the top or bottom of the open stair way which finished right outside the room. The hotel is nice but I understand none of the rooms are well ventilated and the light weight construction means they are all noisy. I would not stay here again.

Arrived late, quick check in from welcoming staff and excellent restaurant still open. Good sized room with lovely wet room. Lovely balcony overlooking lakes where we ate an excellent breakfast.
