Three words: Heated Bathroom Floor. 5 stars for that alone. Beautiful, if small, room. Everything was spotless and clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too firm, but I am a spoiled American who prefers that her beds are made of clouds and and the soft dreams of children. The front desk staff were amazing and sweet. They were warm and helpful upon check-in. The location was also great, close to the markthall and had a beautiful view of the famous canals of The Netherlands. The rooftop has a lovely bar and a great outside patio that would be perfect in warmer months. (We traveled in December). Thanks for a great stay!!!

This hotel was a great deal for the price. It is in a very convenient and walkable area of the city. The facility was clean and offered a good continental breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location and proximity to shops and restaurants

I stayed for four nights and always had trouble getting comfortable for breakfast. Tables too low and I needed to each from low chairs. Room was great, reception was friendly, helpful and professional.
