I marked this as excellent rather than good as I was impressed with how Adele apartments promptly managed to fix some of the things that might have meant I have it a lower score. For instance, the pre-checkin link looked like a scam (and asks for passport and credit card details)! but they resolved this through working with Expedia to give us confidence that it was legitimate. Secondly, when asked about my checkin experience, I mentioned the bedrooms was hot a the pull out bed had a thin mattress. We came back to some fans in each room and a new sturdy bed and mattress in replace of the pull out. Super quick and thoughtful service! The apartment is a great location and well equipped tor our family long weekend.

Room was nice. Parking was a real pain.

Bathroom was dirty. Only two towels for 4 people. Bathroom tap did not have a handle. Toilet flush button broken. Kitchen tap loose.

I did not get the room type that I booked and paid for. I was down gaded to a cheaper room with no explanation.

10 for location, condition average but cleanliness very poor, no staff contact office unmanned. We expected serviced apartments no service offered. No vacuum cleaner or broom had to buy our own floors and carpet needed cleaning

The room was quite rundown. There was no tap handle on the bathroom sink, and the washing machine was leaking, which left the bathroom floor constantly wet. The signage for the property was also poor and made it difficult to find the entry. Once inside, there were no instructions provided about how to access or use the other amenities. Plus the room only had two towels when it was an apartment that slept for people. The staff were very helpful when I called however I had to call a few times.

Spotless room, modern and bright. Good shower, smart TV, nice balcony views, fantastic location. Good shower. Everything you could need for a short stay. Staff were very helpfull and available when we had questions. Will absolutely book again for our next Melbourne getaway.

The room is very run down and not in good condition. Tiles broken and shabby, carpet loose in lounge room, basically needs a refresh. Blockout blinds missing so got woken up by sunrise each day! Taps constantly dropping and tap handles stiff and difficult to use. Needs improvement ASAP. Would not stay again.

Spacious and helpful staff

We stayed in Room 404 which was really basic. It is just a concrete & steel box with no interesting decor or style at all. It would benefit from a bit of love from the owner. I would not stay here again.

Great hotel. Only feedback is couldn’t use tv as it didn’t work. I think just flat remote batteries

The service was terrible, didn’t get a pass for the pool and gym, then had to call up get one, didn’t work. They say parking is $28 a day, got charged over $50 for less than $24 hours. No instructions, got extra charges you don’t get told about. Would not stay here again

Very pleasant stay. Spacious room, great facilities for cooking and laundry needs. Very quiet and secure address. Will happily return as a guest. Thankyou.

Easy to get to, excellent instructions re lock box. Clean and good towels/bedding. Plug for kitchen sink would have been good, and some small shelves in bathroom for storage. Great area, close to tram

Beds firm, and instructions needed for appliances. Good position for getting to the MCG. Checkin was not working properly, staff could not work it. Had to be done manually. Would be much better if someone was at the reception area, to deal with clients.
